UNDERSTANDING SPIRIT
There is now a new way to enjoy radio programmes dedicated to spirit communication and Spiritualism this is through the World Wide Web using a computer or other compatible device such as an Apple Ipad etc. Many years ago, 1992 to be precise, when I first began to work professionally with Psychic-Mediums in the media there was no such thing as the internet as we know it today. Indeed the first time that myself and the Psychic-Medium James Byrne conducted a ‘LIVE’ on air radio psychic ‘phone-in telephone show it made the national press as it was so controversial. We even had a thump of Born-Again Christians banging on Bibles waving banners in protest at the front of Red Rose Radio station in Preston, Lancashire. That was twenty three years ago. The embryonic WWW officially started on the 6th August 1991, which just happened to be my 42nd birthday, when Tim Berners-Lee posted a note in cyberspace using HTTP that is Hyper-Text-Transfer-Protocol. This is an exact copy of part of the first message ever posted: ‘’The WWW project was started to allow high energy physicists to share data, news, and documentation. We are very interested in spreading the web to other areas, and having gateway servers for other data. Collaborators welcome!” This was effectively announcing that the message was available to all computer users throughout the world who were connected to a network. That was the birth date of the World Wide Web, same as the birthday of John G. Sutton 6th August. What started then as little more than an idea very quickly developed into something that really has changed the way the world communicates.
When I was a young boy we had mechanical wind-up clockwork gramophones that worked by spinning a hard composite grooved disc at a steady speed of 78 revolutions per minute or RPM and allowing a needle to read the sound waves impregnated into the disc by placing this on the revolving record and transmitting the sound received up through a tube into a large brass horn. That was the technology existing when I was born and I still have my favourite old 78rpm recording of Fats Waller singing ‘My Very Good Friend The Milkman’. There was of course Radio through the BBC but the very idea of being able to broadcast messages, music, images even from individual houses across the world was virtually beyond the power of imagination. Indeed Dan Dare, a popular comic paper Spaceman, only had a wristwatch radio and that was Science Fiction in the 1950s.
On 10th January 2013 I was a special guest on the WWW Radio station Paramania Radio on the show Understanding Spirit hosted by the very gifted psychic-medium, exorcist and psychic-surgeon Mr. Alan Cox. Here is a brief resume of Alan and his amazing work that benefits so many people:

In 1996 Alan was awakened to his spiritual path by a major event that happened to his partner Anne. Where they used to live in Wednesbury in the West Midlands unusual spirit activity started to occur. The main event that happened was when Alan was at work and Anne was home alone.
