NEGATIVE ENERGY & PSYCHIC VAMPIRES

If it wasn’t for bad luck I wouldn’t have no luck at all, that is how the song: Born Under A Bad Sign’  goes. And for some people that seems to be about right. It is one disaster after another, ill health, losing things, breaking stuff, falling, inexplicable injuries, failed relationships etc. and trouble seems to lurk around every corner. Yet others just sail through life problem free, how can this be? I believe that the answer lies within the realm of quantum physics. A region of space, it turns out, can contain less than nothing. Its energy per unit volume–the energy density–can be less than zero. As nature abhors a vacuum it naturally follows that negative energy fields absorb positive energy fields creating general negativity.

We will all, in the course of our daily lives, have met people who make us feel drained. I call them Psychic Vampires as they suck all the life force from a person leaving them depleted of power, like a spent battery.  So who are these Psychic Vampires?

  1. Family members: Within any extended family group there is likely to be one or two people who seem to take great delight in putting others down. They say things such as ‘You must be stupid to think like that’ or ‘It won’t work so don’t waste your time’ or ‘You just aren’t a good match, it will all end in tears’. Those are just examples of the kind of put-downs that can create the ideal conditions for negativity. Anyone who watches Coronation Street on TV will have seen such a character, she is Madge, Deidrie Barlow’s mother and always has a bad word for everyone.
  2. Friends: Often so-called friends become really jealous people hating the idea that you may succeed as they think that your success would reflect badly on them. So they talk down any efforts that you make and in so doing create negativity and pessimism. Such ‘friends’ are really enemies in disguise and hold on to their relationship with you only to ensure that you fail. Take your own life as an example and think who has constantly been around when things have gone wrong for you. Then you have discovered your very own personal Psychic Vampire.
  3. Enemies: In the course of our day to day lives we will all meet people we like and people we get on with and also some that just rub us up the wrong way. However at times things go beyond mere dislike and we make an enemy. Take for example a typical office environment with staff in open competition for promotion. Some get promoted and some don’t. Such a situation is bound to create tension and friction that may boil over into hatred. Things are said, points are scored and soon opposing sides become enemies, openly or discreetly hating each other. The powerful thoughts of hate and enmity create negativity and this has a physical effect draining the vital life force. Identify your enemy and you have found the Psychic Vampire that is attacking you.
  4. Yourself: You may not believe that your attitude to life could damage you but it most certainly can. We all like to identify ourselves by reference to others, that is how we know who we are, isn’t that right? Well no actually that is the wrong way to approach life. As Shakespeare said ‘To thine own self be true, then it follows as night shall follow day, that you can then be false to no man’. Yet most of us have a false impression of our own selves. If you believe that you are going to fail then believe me you most certainly will do so. By being a pessimist and looking at the downside of all aspects of yourself, your potential and your life you are destroying the positive and falling into the trap of negativity. You have become a Psychic Vampire devouring your own vitality.

Dealing with negative energy is much simpler than one might expect. First use the methods described above to identify your Psychic Vampire and then drive a stake through its heart. Not actually of course, metaphorically. But you have to do this, you have to be your own Dr. Van Helsing and remove the source of your troubles. For example if you find that a family member is the Psychic Vampire stay out of their way and avoid any contact. Do not even permit yourself to discuss them or even speak their name, as they say, talk of the devil and he shall appear, so do not do so. Do the same for any so-called friend or work colleague that you have identified as a Psychic Vampire.  If you find that you yourself are the culprit then immediately change the way you approach the world by taking a life skills course or buy a book about it such as Fiona Harold’s ‘The Ten Minute Life Coach’ and put what you read into practice. There is also a ritual that you can conduct to help rid your living quarters and your aura of negative energy.  Simply light candles in your home, burn some of your favourite incense and say the following prayers:

Dear God I pray that you will protect me from harm, from evil and from all thoughts of wickedness that may be directed against myself or those that I love. Dear God I pray that you will wrap my body and the bodies of my family and all who live in this house in the protective cloak of your eternal love. Dear God please disperse the evil energy and thoughts that may have been directed against all those living within this house.

Repeat the above seven times, each time looking closely into the flames of the candles. Having completed this ritual close with a prayer of your own choice. Or you may use the following:

Dear God thank you for hearing my prayers. Please forgive those that would trespass against members of my family and myself. Please bring peace and understanding to those who would spitefully use me. And allow me to live in the protection and love of your eternal light now and forevermore.

To all readers who are suffering and feel that their lives are blighted and hopeless I say this: Never despair God only gives us what we can bear and you are ultimately  blessed in the light of eternal love.
