                         QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
                       FROM BEYOND

I have always been psychic, but do not work in the way mediums do. That is to say I work with one contact who, if he cannot answer my questions himself, will go and find out some of the many queries we receive from the growing number who now know of our contact. Many of the questions are searching, concerning greater knowledge of the after-life and what physical life is all about. Some of the information is controversial, but liberating and thought provoking. I am told, very much what is needed as we go into this new millennium.

Like many others, I used to get confused and frustrated by the conflicting accounts in books and articles etc. about the after-life. I am sure that very confusion provides the sceptics with ammunition to fuel their ardent denials much loved by the media and trotted out in attempts to 'explain' away the sincerely told psychic phenomena examples. I though therefore my own experience may be of interest to readers of the PsychicWorld.net web site.

My contact is Geoff Hamilton who presented BBC TV's Gardener's World for seventeen years before he died of a heart attack on the 4th August 1996. Geoff first contacted me in september 1996 and following quite a journey of discovery including conscious travels into the etheric, tangible proofs of physical apported 'gifts', we quickly developed daily contact which still continues. Geoff frequently describes himself as my 'constant companion'. We have completed one book together, 'BEYOND THE RAINBOW CLOUD'  about that 'journey' with chapters channelled directly by Geoff describing his life in the etheric and giving a wealth of information on a variety of subjects, much of which he has gained since passing over. Geoff admits he was not particularly a believer before that, which makes his contribution all the more significant.

We are now working together on a second book; 'REFLECTIONS FROM BEYOND' taking it all further and demonstrating the progression that continues in that dimension too. One of the reasons for Geoff choosing to come back in this way is not only to prove his continuance, but to attempt to help those who are ready towards gaining greater understanding that can benefit their physical lives and thus the experience they find when passing over themselves.

Our books are based on our truth, what we have discovered is 'right' for us. All belief and ensuing relative experience is subjective, we just present our findings which will gel with some, but won't be so for others, this is something Geoff stresses throughout. It is this difference that is important to complete understanding. I think it was summed up brilliant by a spiritual friend, a quote I now use frequently "The incredible simplicity of infinite variety, which is God's universe, is so vast and so beyond our present comprehension, people can hold opposing spiritual beliefs, and both can be right" Barbara Gaskell Denvil.

I would like to conclude with brief excerpts taken from both our books. It is our usual policy to end our books with various questions and answers, queries they I have during our discussions and work. Also questions of a general interest that come from other people. Geoff always attempts to explain in detail so his answers are easily understood by all, a welcome trait he had in life too!

Q: Why do we need to experience physical life?

Geoff: To experience what is only a thought before. There are constant links between dimensions whether or not you believe in continuance and all that happens in the physical world has been conceived and created in thought first over here. That thread of evolution carries through from here to the physical world and then back to here. Once you have experienced the creation of those thoughts in physical life, then they can be experienced over here. But until then they can and will be only thoughts.

Q: And that applies to all things does it. for example, gardening?

Geoff: Exactly, an apt example. It wouldn't be 'heaven' for me if i had to give up doing what I enjoy most of all. Thankfully, gardens are even more appreciated here.

Q: Is everything created by thought? Doesn't that become boring?

Geoff: It depends, yes we can create by thought if we wish, but bear in mind free will. If we choose to do things 'hands on' we can do so. That is the wonder of it, marvellous, there is so much that is unlike physical life in as much as there are no restrictions, limitations. It can be as you want it to be, doing things as you want to. No one says you can't do this or that something is impossible. Those controls are part of physical life, they have no place here. Unless there is a belief carried over  that is how it must be. Beliefs create what you find here until you are guided out of the extreme ones. Being open minded is a great advantage.

Q: Why are we generally so negative about death?

Geoff: Because if fear. Bear in mind fear is instilled by programming we allow from others, we are not born with it. But having experienced 'death' I can say absolutely that it is nothing to fear. It is perfectly natural, a transition from one dimension to the next, one vibration to the next. Only when fear causes a struggle to resist that transition do problems arise. In fact I would say 'death' is a lot easier than birth and just as we don't remember our actual physical birth, so usually many here do not remember their death, sometimes they just recall the transition to here.

Incidentally we say 'over here' as that is understandable to most people, but it would be equally acceptable to say 'through to here' because it really is just stepping through vibrations. 'Death' is no worse than walking through a sudden mist and out into bright sunshine.

Q: Is it strange at first?

Geoff: There can be confusion, particularly with a quick passing such as mine, there one moment, here the next. But plenty of assistance is always available to help with adjustment. It is important to grasp that you have left the physical world behind, along with the challenges of that world. There is nothing but misery to be gained by hanging on to the physical and those that do often require rescuing. Moving on is vital, just as it is in the physical dimension. There is purpose in everything. Nothing stands still. What is so apparent here is the all embracing unconditional love, and achieving that should be the aim for the earth plane.

Q: Is it possible to achieve unconditional love universally? people do seem to like having someone to blame for their problems, don't they? Even the popular media encourages a 'victim' mentality so it is always someone else's responsibility.

Geoff: That is because there is generally so little understanding of our Divine purpose and the challenges we agree to take on as part of our physical lives. Also because there is so little realization that we are all spirit, even when in the physical. It is our true eternal being and our evolution is dependant on our physical experiences, and how we relate to them. It won't happen overnight but gradually people will find their answers through seeking spiritually that which isn't measurable. And for those who do not recognize the key to achieve unconditional love will enable them to put aside the egotistical things that limit them on earth.

Q: I know you have covered this elsewhere, but it is such an important issue I feel some may like it explained here. Why is it that various accounts from those no longer in the physical seem to differ in many important aspects?

Geoff: I agree this is an important issue because it confuses those seeking to understand fully. It is all down to beliefs again and perhaps it would be helpful for me to give you an analogy by way of example. Imagine for a moment that you live on another planet and read books about life on earth because you plan to visit one day. You have three books, one written by an African bushman, one by a Japanese and one by a Westerner. Although many of the facts will agree, there will be many that differ. For instance, each will say they go to bed at night and get up in the morning, have breakfast and go to work. But, the African wills say that he sleeps on the mud floor of his hut, has leaves and nuts for breakfast and works on the land. The Japanese man will say he sleeps on a mattress on the floor with a wooden headrest, eats raw fish for breakfast before going to work in an electronics factory. The Westerner will say he sleeps in a soft bed with pillows and a duvet cover, has eggs, bacon, toast and coffee before going by car to the office. Various other seemingly basic facts will differ too - clothing, religion, relationships etc. Also the geographical details of the varying countries would be totally different. Having read these various and varying facts you would now be uncertain just what to believe. Which account is correct? They all are of course because so many factors relate to individual experience, culture, upbringing belief systems etc. But to someone who has never visited earth it would seem, from these varied accounts, that there must be some mistake.

It is exactly the same here, in the spirit world, but if anything there are far more differences, different levels and dimensions. Some are completely different, others vary in small details, so you can see from the above example that these differences create confusion. We here in this world can only describe things from our own personal perspective. It is the responsibility of the reader to accept the accounts of life in this spirit dimension as they feel comfortable with. All accounts are sincerely given and nothing is forced upon those who seek the truth. What an individual considers to be unacceptable will simply not become their personal experience when they enter this world in the fullness of time.
