PSYCHIC SERVICES

The
Internet or World Wide Web has brought with it a new and interesting development
in the field of psychic consultations. No longer do those is search of
clairvoyant insights into their lives have to sit face to face with a medium or
psychic, now they can receive advice, guidance and predictions through their PC
via email or in a on-line chat room. This
may seem a far cry from the darkened back kitchens of the 1950’s when one
could call round to Mother Smith’s for a card or tea-leaf reading, times have
changed and it is answering a need. The question I sought to ask was is this
need being answered effectively and ethically. To find out I approached the
biggest Internet On-Line Psychic Service provider on the World Wide Web. Their
name is KASAMBA (kasamba.com/psychics)
and their marketing manager kindly agreed to let me interview two of their top
Internet Psychics, Glendhu and Alexandra. I
set out a series of searching questions for them.
1. PW: Without a voice
vibration or other direct link, how do you tune in to the client?
Alexandra: I tune into clients directly through spirit. I take a few moments call in the spirit guides and then begin a reading. This means of contact is an energy that goes across time and space and in that regard does not require physically seeing a client or hearing their voice vibrations.
Glendhu: I ask my clients for their birthday and for the birthdays of anyone who they may be asking about. Through their birthdays I am able to tune into their energy.
2. PW:
What is the most common question asked by your clients?
Alexandra: The most common question I am asked by clients is ' what is he/she thinking/feeling about me?'
Glendhu: The most common question has to be "When will the one I love contact me again?" This is usually following an argument or a separation time. The 2nd most popular question is "How does he/she feel about me?" I do receive mostly relationship related questions but I do get the occasional career questions as well.
3. PW: When you are asked to
contact a departed discarnate spirit and given a name on either a message board
chat room or via email how do you do so?
Alexandra: I concentrate on their name and generally they will make their presence shown if they want to communicate to a client, sometimes these 'spirits' will arrive before the client has contacted me for a reading.
Glendhu: I do a protection ritual (to protect myself and anyone else wishing to contact the other side) and then ask for that specific spirit to come to me and give any messages they wish to impart to this person to me so that I can give my client their much wanted message.
4. PW: If, during a consultation, you foresaw misfortune and injury how would you convey this message?
Alexandra: Forewarned is forearmed, so I would tell the client and ask them to take particular care. For example, get your car checked out there seems to be something faulty, or please don't travel at such and such a date. If there is other misfortune showing such as in a business deal etc. I simply tell them it's not looking good and the reasons for this. Mostly when 'bad news' or 'misfortune' is given directly and with compassion it is not so frightening to them. However, I will not give information pertaining to death or the results of an illness as this seems unethical. If a client asks me if someone is going to die from a certain illness I will politely refuse the question, some things are just not meant to be known.
Glendhu: I would truthfully tell the client what I saw and then help them to see what will come from this event. For example, if I had foreseen them losing their job due to a downsizing event I would then show them that despite this setback they would be free to find a better more fulfilling job so it really is a gift in disguise.
5. PW: If a client indicates distress during a consultation with you how then do you deal with this?
Alexandra: Many clients come to
me directly because they are distressed and I do my best to help them deal with
that emotionally and to steer them in a more positive direction that will bring
them happiness rather than pain.
Glendhu: ? I respond with calm rationality and reassure them and then clear up any confusions they might have about what has come out in the session. I also might outline courses of action that could help them get past the distress they are feeling and hopefully empower them to break out of the distress and make a pathway to peace of mind.
6. PW: Do you believe that the internet is an effective method for conducting psychic consultations?
Alexandra: I have to say I am actually amazed at the level of information that comes through a reading when online. I used to only do one on one in person readings but I find this method just as effective if not more. For example, answering questions of the future or the nature of what another person is thinking feeling, is actually easier in some ways when I do not get distracted by hearing a persons voice or seeing their face in person.
Glendhu: Oh yes!! It
enables me to reach so many more people than I could on my own doing just
readings in my home office. And I do feel that I can tune in better over the
internet via chat sessions better than over a telephone line. It is so much more
intimate and effective to be able to sit and chat with someone and get to the
heart of the matter that is causing them troubles. And I value the fact
that clients can look at transcripts again and again to help them continue on
the right pathway and that is just not available over the phone.
7. PW: Are you
professionally qualified in any recognized profession other than as a psychic?
For example are you an MD or hold a Ph.D in psychology, theology, etc.
Alexandra: I am a professionally trained and certified individual and relationships psychotherapist, a 4 year training recognized by BAPS. I was also trained to diploma level in bereavement counselling. I am a Usui Reiki Master trained in traditional usui reiki healing and 7th in line to Dr. Usui the first reiki master. I am also a certified Master teacher of The Life Skills Trainings by the Natale Institute (life coach) I have studied and worked with the tarot since a child and later on worked directly through spirit without tools.
Glendhu: . I hold a B.A. in
Business Administration and I am an Editor/Publisher of a bi-weekly newspaper in
the small town where I live.
Having
interviewed two of the top Internet Psychics working for Kasamba, the highest
rated service provider on the net, I then interviewed the marketing manager of
the company, an enthusiastic young lady called Maya. She was willing to consider
my questions and answered without hesitation:
PW: How do Kasamba recruit psychic
professionals i.e. do they just provide the platform and leave it to the
individual or do they have a requirement for references etc?
Maya:
Kasamba uses various methods of recruiting experts in general and psychics in
particular – to name a few - conventions, chat groups, word to mouth and
invite a friend features.
PW: How do Kasamba take payment from
professional psychics for providing the service i.e. is it on a straight fee or
a percentage basis?
Maya:

PW: How do Kasamba police the system or do they? For example

If I had to point

Also this:
‘She used a photograph and
seemed to really tune in from this. Very accurate perceptions and very nice to
"talk" to.’
Karmen charges $10.00c per
minute.
Another psychic
called Sophia had a more mixed set of reviews, for example: ‘Wonderful,
gives quick precise answers and is great to speak with.’
As opposed to
this: ‘I lost my dog and she said he was 1 mile away in a forest when he was
just four doors down.’ Sophia
charges $3.00 a minute.
I found a wide
range of fee levels charged by the psychics on the Kasamba site these ranged
from as little as $0.59c a minute to $10.00c a minute. The rate charged is
entirely up to the individual consultant.

The internet
psychic services available are not restricted to clairvoyant consultations,
Kasamba have experts in many fields offering their insights into your life by:
Numerology, Astrology, Dream Analysis, Kabbalah, Tarot, Palmistry etc. There are
even Pet Psychics offering to tune in to your cats and dogs though how that
works via an internet connection was not explained. However the most popular
consultants are those offering clairvoyant insights into personal problems,
especially relationship matters.
Having considered
the way the Kasamba Psychic Experts work, using PC links and text messaging, I
found myself wondering whatever next. The technological revolution is changing
many things, just the way that the Industrial Revolution did. Then, back in the
late 18th Century, the factory system and mechanization brought mass
production to the cities and former cottage industries, such as hand-loom
weaving, vanished never to be seen again. We are now standing on the verge of
every school and every home in the western world being equipped with internet
access to the World Wide Web though a PC, Mobile-Phone, Television etc.
The generation born from 1995 onwards will accept the daily use of the
